### sec.309 Guidelines of chief executive or commission continue as guidelines of commissioner This section applies to the following guidelines— guidelines issued by the chief executive under former section 42A and in force immediately before the commencement; guidelines issued by the commission under former section 142AR and in force immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the guidelines are taken to be guidelines made by the commissioner under section 42A. s 309 ins 2012 No. 25 s 143 amd 2013 No. 25 s 159 (sec.309-ssec.1) This section applies to the following guidelines— guidelines issued by the chief executive under former section 42A and in force immediately before the commencement; guidelines issued by the commission under former section 142AR and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.309-ssec.2) On the commencement, the guidelines are taken to be guidelines made by the commissioner under section 42A. - (a) guidelines issued by the chief executive under former section 42A and in force immediately before the commencement; - (b) guidelines issued by the commission under former section 142AR and in force immediately before the commencement.
