### sec.304 Disciplinary action started but not dealt with at commencement
This section applies if—
before the commencement of this section, the chief executive took steps to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, a licence; and
at the commencement, the chief executive has not decided whether to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, the licence.
The chief executive must decide whether to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, the licence under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.

(sec.304-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement of this section, the chief executive took steps to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, a licence; and at the commencement, the chief executive has not decided whether to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, the licence.
(sec.304-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide whether to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, the licence under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
- (a) before the commencement of this section, the chief executive took steps to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, a licence; and
- (b) at the commencement, the chief executive has not decided whether to vary, suspend or cancel, as disciplinary action, the licence.
