### sec.295 Risk-assessed management plan conditions Subsection (2) applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held under the pre-amended Act— a licence; or restricted club permit granted for a period of less than 1 year. Section 54 does not apply to the person in relation to the licence or permit. Subsection (4) applies to an application under the pre-amended Act for a licence, or restricted club permit for a period of less than 1 year, that has not been decided before the commencement.
