### sec.270 Particular person ceases to be nominee
This section applies to a person who, on the commencement—
is the nominee under this Act for a licence; and
is the holder of a licence for which there is no nominee.
On the commencement, the person ceases to be the nominee for the licence mentioned in subsection (1)(a).

(sec.270-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, on the commencement— is the nominee under this Act for a licence; and is the holder of a licence for which there is no nominee.
(sec.270-ssec.2) On the commencement, the person ceases to be the nominee for the licence mentioned in subsection (1)(a).
- (a) is the nominee under this Act for a licence; and
- (b) is the holder of a licence for which there is no nominee.
