### sec.267 Dealing with particular application or nomination
This section applies to an application for a licence or permit, and a nomination made under section 109(9), if the application or nomination is made, but not decided or accepted, before the commencement.
Despite sections 107A, 107B and 109A, the application must be decided, and the nomination dealt with, under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.
