### sec.266 Licence applications for community areas This section applies if— before the commencement of this section, an application was made for a licence or permit for premises in a community area of a council; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finalised. On and from the commencement, sections 188 to 191 continue to apply to the application as if they had not been repealed. s 266 ins 2002 No. 47 s 85 (sec.266-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement of this section, an application was made for a licence or permit for premises in a community area of a council; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finalised.
