### sec.261 Transitional provision for applications under pt 5
This section applies to an application made under part 5, but not decided, before the commencement of this section.
Subject to subsections (3) and (4), the application must be decided as if the Liquor Amendment Act 2001 had not commenced.
Section 105(2) to (4) applies to the application as if the application had been made after the commencement of that section.
If the application is an application for an extended hours permit that includes trading between 5a.m. and 7a.m., section 102B or 102C applies to the application as if the application had been made after the commencement of that section.
