### sec.253 Continuance of existing licences A restricted club licence granted under repealed section 90, that has not expired or been surrendered or cancelled before the commencement, continues in force until it expires or is earlier surrendered or cancelled. The chief executive may, in writing, require the holder of a restricted club licence that has expired or been surrendered or cancelled to produce the licence to the chief executive. s 253 (prev s 252) ins 1994 No. 59 s 87 renum 1995 No. 57 s 4 sch 2 (sec.253-ssec.1) A restricted club licence granted under repealed section 90, that has not expired or been surrendered or cancelled before the commencement, continues in force until it expires or is earlier surrendered or cancelled.
