### sec.250 Compensation for certain surrendered general licences This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement of the Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1993 , continues to apply to a request to the chief executive to accept the surrender of a general licence if, before the commencement— the request was received; and section 250 as then in force applied to the request; and matters under the Act about the request were not finalised. s 250 sub 1993 No. 57 s 9 - (a) the request was received; and - (b) section 250 as then in force applied to the request; and - (c) matters under the Act about the request were not finalised.
