### sec.248 Enforcement of orders etc. under repealed Act
Every—
order of the Court; or
direction or requisition;
made or issued under the repealed Act, and not complied with before the proclaimed day, continues in force until it is complied with, and is taken to be an order of the chief executive, or a requisition of an investigator, made or issued under the current Act.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene an order, direction or requisition mentioned in subsection (1) .
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —25 penalty units.
