### sec.225 Additional time for consumption or removal of liquor A licence or permit that authorises— the sale of liquor, during any period, for consumption on licensed premises; or the sale of liquor, during any period, for consumption off licensed premises; also authorises— consumption on the premises of liquor supplied on a sale mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and removal from the premises of liquor supplied on a sale mentioned in paragraph (b) ; within 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the sale is made. s 225 prev s 225 om 1994 No. 59 s 3 sch 2 pres s 225 ins 2008 No. 48 s 41 - (a) the sale of liquor, during any period, for consumption on licensed premises; or - (b) the sale of liquor, during any period, for consumption off licensed premises; - (c) consumption on the premises of liquor supplied on a sale mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and - (d) removal from the premises of liquor supplied on a sale mentioned in paragraph (b) ;
