### sec.187F Forfeiture on conviction
On the conviction of a person for an offence against this Act involving the seized property, the court may order the forfeiture to the State of the property.
The court may make the order whether or not the property has been returned to the person from whom it was seized.
The court may make any order to enforce the forfeiture it considers appropriate.
This section does not limit the court’s powers under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or another law.
