### sec.184 Other powers of investigators Subject to subsection (2) , an investigator may, for the purposes of this Act, exercise any of the following powers— require a person to produce to the investigator— any licence, permit or other authority held by the person under this Act; or any document required to be kept by the person under this Act; inspect, take extracts from, make copies of or keep a document produced to the investigator under paragraph (a) ; if an investigator finds a person on premises to which a licence or permit relates at any time other than a time when liquor may be— sold to, or consumed by, the person on the premises; or removed from the premises by the person; require the person to leave the premises and, if the person does not immediately leave, remove the person from the premises using such force as is necessary and reasonable; the powers of an authorised person under sections 165 , 165A and 167 ; such other powers as are prescribed.
