### sec.173NK Rules must limit membership of local board
The rules of the local board for a safe night precinct must limit eligibility for membership of the local board to only the following entities—
a licensee of licensed premises located in the precinct;
the owner or operator of other businesses located in the precinct;
an association that represents the interests of businesses located in the precinct including, for example, the local chamber of commerce;
a community organisation that provides relevant services in the precinct;
another class of person prescribed by regulation.
