### sec.173F Purpose of pt 6A The purpose of this part is to provide for the declaration of areas for minimising— harm caused by alcohol abuse and misuse and associated violence; and alcohol-related disturbances, or public disorder, in a locality. s 173F ins 2002 No. 47 s 66 - (a) harm caused by alcohol abuse and misuse and associated violence; and - (b) alcohol-related disturbances, or public disorder, in a locality.
