### sec.168 Interference with licence or permit A person must not— wilfully or negligently deface a licence or permit; or alter a particular shown in a licence or permit, without the commissioner’s prior approval. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 168 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) - (a) wilfully or negligently deface a licence or permit; or - (b) alter a particular shown in a licence or permit, without the commissioner’s prior approval.
