### sec.166 Obstruction generally A person must not obstruct or hinder, or attempt to obstruct or hinder a licensee or permittee, or an employee or agent of a licensee or permittee, in the exercise of a power or performance of a duty under this Act. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
