### sec.155AB Supervision of volunteers—community club licence, community other licence or restricted liquor permit A licensee for a community club licence or community other licence, or permittee for a community liquor permit or restricted liquor permit, must take reasonable steps to ensure that a relevant volunteer is under the general supervision of a person holding a current training course certificate while the relevant volunteer is serving or supplying liquor at the licensed premises or premises to which the permit relates. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
