### sec.155AB Supervision of volunteers—community club licence, community other licence or restricted liquor permit
A licensee for a community club licence or community other licence, or permittee for a community liquor permit or restricted liquor permit, must take reasonable steps to ensure that a relevant volunteer is under the general supervision of a person holding a current training course certificate while the relevant volunteer is serving or supplying liquor at the licensed premises or premises to which the permit relates.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
In this section—
relevant volunteer means a volunteer involved in the service or supply of liquor at the premises who does not hold a current training course certificate.
