### sec.154C Inclusion or amendment of other premises as part of authority of community club licence A licensee under a community club licence may apply for— the inclusion of a statement in the licence that the licensed premises include other premises; or a change of a statement in the licence that the licensed premises include other premises. If the commissioner approves the application, the commissioner must adjust the licence to ensure it describes the licensed premises after the inclusion of the other premises or change of the other premises. Section 111 must not be used to do something that can be done under this section. A regulation may prescribe the requirements for an application under this section. In this section— other premises see section 77 (2) . s 154C ins 2001 No. 39 s 92 amd 2008 No. 48 s 59 (1) sch 1 ; 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) (sec.154C-ssec.1) A licensee under a community club licence may apply for— the inclusion of a statement in the licence that the licensed premises include other premises; or a change of a statement in the licence that the licensed premises include other premises.
