### sec.143A Particulars to be displayed for approved area for adult entertainment
A permittee who holds an adult entertainment permit must, at all times when adult entertainment is being provided in the approved area for the entertainment, display a sign stating—
that adult entertainment is being provided in the area; and
that minors must not enter the area; and
anything else prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
The permittee must ensure that—
the sign is conspicuously displayed at every entrance to the area; and
characters on the sign are legible and not less than 50mm high.
