### sec.142ZH Applying for approval A person may apply to the commissioner for an approval to be a controller if the person is an adult. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. The applicant must also give any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application. s 142ZH ins 2013 No. 62 s 37 (sec.142ZH-ssec.1) A person may apply to the commissioner for an approval to be a controller if the person is an adult.
