### sec.142X Refusal to renew approval If the commissioner decides to refuse to renew the approval, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision. The written notice must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) . s 142X ins 2008 No. 48 s 52 sub 2009 No. 24 s 629 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) (sec.142X-ssec.1) If the commissioner decides to refuse to renew the approval, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision. (sec.142X-ssec.2) The written notice must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) .
