### sec.142Q Applying for approval
A person may apply to the commissioner for an approval as an approved manager.
The applicant—
must be an individual; and
can not be a licensee; and
must be the holder of a current licensee’s course certificate.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
be accompanied by—
a copy of the current licensee’s course certificate; and
the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The applicant also must provide any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application.

(sec.142Q-ssec.1) A person may apply to the commissioner for an approval as an approved manager.
