### sec.142L Grounds for cancellation
The commissioner may cancel a person’s approval if the commissioner believes on reasonable grounds—
the approval was granted in error or because of a materially false or fraudulent document, statement or representation; or
the person—
is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or
no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course.

- (a) the approval was granted in error or because of a materially false or fraudulent document, statement or representation; or
- (b) the person— (i) is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or (ii) no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course.
