### sec.142L Grounds for cancellation The commissioner may cancel a person’s approval if the commissioner believes on reasonable grounds— the approval was granted in error or because of a materially false or fraudulent document, statement or representation; or the person— is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course. s 142L ins 2003 No. 60 s 14 amd 2005 No. 61 s 31 ; 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) ; 2013 No. 25 s 149 - (a) the approval was granted in error or because of a materially false or fraudulent document, statement or representation; or - (b) the person— (i) is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or (ii) no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course. - (i) is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or - (ii) no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course. - (i) is not conducting the licensee’s course in an appropriate way; or - (ii) no longer has the necessary expertise to conduct the licensee’s course.
