### sec.142F Applying for renewal
A person may apply to the commissioner for renewal of the person’s approval.
The application may only be made within 3 months before the last day of the period of the approval.
The application must be—
in the approved form; and
accompanied by—
any documents, identified in the approved form, the commissioner reasonably requires to decide the application; and
the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The applicant also must provide any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application.

(sec.142F-ssec.1) A person may apply to the commissioner for renewal of the person’s approval.
