### sec.142D Grant of application
If the commissioner decides to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision.
The notice must state the term of the approval.
An approval remains in force, unless sooner cancelled, for the period, of not more than 3 years, stated by the commissioner in the notice given under subsection (1) .

(sec.142D-ssec.1) If the commissioner decides to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision.
