### sec.142B Applying for approval as trainer A person may apply to the commissioner for approval as a trainer for the licensee’s course. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by— any documents, identified in the approved form, the commissioner reasonably requires to decide the application; and the fee prescribed under a regulation.
