### sec.142B Applying for approval as trainer
A person may apply to the commissioner for approval as a trainer for the licensee’s course.
The application must be—
in the approved form; and
accompanied by—
any documents, identified in the approved form, the commissioner reasonably requires to decide the application; and
the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The applicant also must provide any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application.

(sec.142B-ssec.1) A person may apply to the commissioner for approval as a trainer for the licensee’s course.
(sec.142B-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by— any documents, identified in the approved form, the commissioner reasonably requires to decide the application; and the fee prescribed under a regulation.
