### sec.142AE Application of div 6
This division applies in the area of the Brisbane City Council to licensed premises if the licensee is authorised under this Act to sell or supply liquor on the premises at any time after 1a.m. during the trading period.
However, this division does not apply to—
licensed premises if the licensee is authorised, under section 9 (13) , to sell or supply liquor on the premises only after 1a.m. on New Year’s Day; or
that part of licensed premises that—
is used principally for the residential accommodation of guests staying at the premises; or
is a detached bottle shop.
Also, this division does not apply on Anzac Day to licensed premises on the premises of an RSL or Services Club.
In addition—
sections 142AG and 142AH do not apply to licensed premises at Brisbane Airport, Airport Drive, Brisbane known as the Brisbane International Terminal building and the Brisbane Domestic terminal building; and
section 142AG does not apply to the following—
licensed premises mentioned in section 67A ;
licensed premises at Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park), Castlemaine Street, Milton;
licensed premises at the Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre, Kessels Road, Nathan;
licensed premises at the Brisbane Cricket Ground, Vulture Street, Woolloongabba;
licensed premises at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, corner of Glenelg and Merivale Streets, South Brisbane;
licensed premises at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Melaleuca Drive, Boondall;
licensed premises at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Queensland Cultural Centre, corner of Grey and Melbourne Streets, South Brisbane; and
section 142AG does not apply to licensed premises during a trading period in which the premises are not open for business after 1a.m.; and
section 142AI (a) and (b) does not apply to a licensee to the extent an incident mentioned in section 142AI (a) must be recorded in a register kept by the licensee under the Security Providers Act 1993 .

- (c) section 142AG does not apply to licensed premises during a trading period in which the premises are not open for business after 1a.m.; and
- (d) section 142AI (a) and (b) does not apply to a licensee to the extent an incident mentioned in section 142AI (a) must be recorded in a register kept by the licensee under the Security Providers Act 1993 .
- (i) licensed premises mentioned in section 67A ;
- (ii) licensed premises at Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park), Castlemaine Street, Milton;
