### sec.141C Conditions about training course certificates for particular persons
It is a condition of the licensee’s licence that each of the following persons must have a current training course certificate—
if the licensee is an individual—the licensee;
a member of staff of the licensed premises who is involved in the service or supply of liquor at the premises.
bartenders, glass collectors, floor hostesses or room service staff
However, the condition mentioned in subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a licence, in relation to a person who becomes a member of staff of the licensed premises after the commencement of this section, until 30 days after the person becomes a member of the staff.
Subject to subsection (2) , it is a condition of a licensee’s licence that the licensee must—
keep a copy of the training course certificates held by persons mentioned in subsection (1) ; and
make each copy kept under paragraph (a) available for inspection by an investigator at the premises.

- (a) if the licensee is an individual—the licensee;
- (b) a member of staff of the licensed premises who is involved in the service or supply of liquor at the premises. Examples of staff involved in the service or supply of liquor— bartenders, glass collectors, floor hostesses or room service staff
- (a) keep a copy of the training course certificates held by persons mentioned in subsection (1) ; and
- (b) make each copy kept under paragraph (a) available for inspection by an investigator at the premises.
