### sec.141C Conditions about training course certificates for particular persons It is a condition of the licensee’s licence that each of the following persons must have a current training course certificate— if the licensee is an individual—the licensee; a member of staff of the licensed premises who is involved in the service or supply of liquor at the premises. bartenders, glass collectors, floor hostesses or room service staff However, the condition mentioned in subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a licence, in relation to a person who becomes a member of staff of the licensed premises after the commencement of this section, until 30 days after the person becomes a member of the staff.
