### sec.139A Application of div 3A This division applies if— an approval is given by the commissioner to a licensee, as mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) , to— let or sublet all or part of the licensed premises; or enter into a franchise or management agreement for all of the licensed premises; and the licensee enters into a lease, sublease or franchise or management agreement (a relevant agreement ) under the approval. s 139A ins 2013 No. 64 s 110 - (a) an approval is given by the commissioner to a licensee, as mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) , to— (i) let or sublet all or part of the licensed premises; or (ii) enter into a franchise or management agreement for all of the licensed premises; and - (i) let or sublet all or part of the licensed premises; or - (ii) enter into a franchise or management agreement for all of the licensed premises; and - (b) the licensee enters into a lease, sublease or franchise or management agreement (a relevant agreement ) under the approval. - (i) let or sublet all or part of the licensed premises; or - (ii) enter into a franchise or management agreement for all of the licensed premises; and
