### sec.139 Compensation not payable Compensation is not payable to any person in respect of— acceptance by the commissioner of a surrender of a licence; or cancellation or suspension by the commissioner of a licence or permit. s 139 amd 1993 No. 57 s 3 ; 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) - (a) acceptance by the commissioner of a surrender of a licence; or - (b) cancellation or suspension by the commissioner of a licence or permit.
