### sec.134C Decision about relevant action relating to adult entertainment permit
After considering any representations made by the person who holds the adult entertainment permit, the commissioner may—
if the commissioner still considers there is a ground to take the relevant action relating to the permit—take the relevant action; or
if the commissioner no longer believes a ground exists to take the relevant action—take no further action about the show cause notice.
Within 7 days after the commissioner makes a decision under subsection (1) , the commissioner must give written notice of the decision to the holder of the permit.
Also, if the commissioner decides to take the relevant action the notice under subsection (2) must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) .
