### sec.128A Application of div 1A
This division applies to the commissioner for the purpose of making a decision under this Act, in relation to relevant premises, about the effects of a thing on—
the health and safety of members of the public; or
the amenity of a community or locality.
This division does not limit the matters the commissioner may consider in making the decision.
In this section—
relevant premises means —
licensed premises; or
premises to which a permit relates; or
premises for which an application for a licence or permit has been made.

(sec.128A-ssec.1) This division applies to the commissioner for the purpose of making a decision under this Act, in relation to relevant premises, about the effects of a thing on— the health and safety of members of the public; or the amenity of a community or locality.
(sec.128A-ssec.2) This division does not limit the matters the commissioner may consider in making the decision.
(sec.128A-ssec.3) In this section— relevant premises means — licensed premises; or premises to which a permit relates; or premises for which an application for a licence or permit has been made.
- (a) the health and safety of members of the public; or
- (b) the amenity of a community or locality.
