### sec.128 Liability of licensees in certain cases
If a licence is held—
by a corporation—each of the directors of the corporation is subject to the same liabilities under this Act as a licensee; or
for or on behalf of an unincorporated association, and the licensee is absent from the management and supervision of the business conducted under authority of the licence—each of the members of the association’s management committee is subject to the same liabilities under this Act as a licensee.
In subsection (1) (a) —
liability does not include a liability for an offence committed by a corporation.

(sec.128-ssec.2) In subsection (1) (a) — liability does not include a liability for an offence committed by a corporation.
