### sec.122 Procedure on receipt of objections
The commissioner must give to the applicant written notice of all objections properly made to the grant of an application advertised under section 118 .
The notice of objections—
must either specify the ground of the objection or consist of a copy of the objection; and
must be given to the applicant within 7 days after the last day for lodging objections as specified in the relevant notice under section 118 (4) .
In this section—
objection includes an objection made by the Minister under section 119A .
