### sec.121A Commissioner must publish information after granting particular applications for extended trading hours approval
This section applies if—
the commissioner receives an application for an extended trading hours approval; and
under section 117 , the police district officer for the locality objects to the grant of the application; and
the commissioner grants the application.
The commissioner must publish, on the department’s website, information about how public safety concerns will be addressed in relation to the licensed premises to which the approval applies.
The information must—
be published on the department’s website as soon as practicable after the commissioner grants the application; and
continue to be published for a period of at least 3 months.

(sec.121A-ssec.1) This section applies if— the commissioner receives an application for an extended trading hours approval; and under section 117 , the police district officer for the locality objects to the grant of the application; and the commissioner grants the application.
(sec.121A-ssec.2) The commissioner must publish, on the department’s website, information about how public safety concerns will be addressed in relation to the licensed premises to which the approval applies.

- (a) the commissioner receives an application for an extended trading hours approval; and
- (b) under section 117 , the police district officer for the locality objects to the grant of the application; and
- (c) the commissioner grants the application.
