### sec.11A Meaning of non-profit entity
A non-profit entity is—
a non-proprietary club; or
another entity approved by the commissioner.
The commissioner may approve an entity under subsection (1) (b) in relation to the sale of liquor only if the commissioner is satisfied all the net proceeds from the sale will be used for the benefit of the community.

(sec.11A-ssec.1) A non-profit entity is— a non-proprietary club; or another entity approved by the commissioner.
(sec.11A-ssec.2) The commissioner may approve an entity under subsection (1) (b) in relation to the sale of liquor only if the commissioner is satisfied all the net proceeds from the sale will be used for the benefit of the community.
