### sec.107F Application to be referred to police commissioner
The commissioner must give to the police commissioner any particulars the commissioner considers relevant for each application for an adult entertainment permit.
On receiving particulars of the application, the police commissioner—
must make inquiries about the criminal history of the applicant, including whether the applicant is, or has been, the subject of a control order or registered corresponding control order; and
must make inquiries about the criminal history of each associate of the applicant, including whether the associate is, or has been, the subject of a control order or registered corresponding control order; and
must make any other inquiries about the application the police commissioner considers appropriate.
The police commissioner must report to the commissioner after receiving the results of the inquiries.
The police commissioner’s report may include recommendations.
The police commissioner’s report must—
include reference to or disclosure of convictions of the person mentioned in the Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 , section 6 ; and
if the applicant or an associate of the applicant is, or has been, the subject of a control order or registered corresponding control order—
state the details of the order; or
be accompanied by a copy of the order.
