### sec.103U Authority of restricted area permit
A restricted area permit authorises the permittee to have in possession in a restricted area more than the prescribed quantity of a type of liquor for the area—
at the times and on the day or days, and for the purpose, stated in the permit; or
during the period of not more than 1 year, and for the purpose, stated in the permit.
The permit is subject to this Act and the conditions prescribed under a regulation or imposed by the commissioner.

(sec.103U-ssec.1) A restricted area permit authorises the permittee to have in possession in a restricted area more than the prescribed quantity of a type of liquor for the area— at the times and on the day or days, and for the purpose, stated in the permit; or during the period of not more than 1 year, and for the purpose, stated in the permit.
(sec.103U-ssec.2) The permit is subject to this Act and the conditions prescribed under a regulation or imposed by the commissioner.
- (a) at the times and on the day or days, and for the purpose, stated in the permit; or
- (b) during the period of not more than 1 year, and for the purpose, stated in the permit.
