### sec.103U Authority of restricted area permit A restricted area permit authorises the permittee to have in possession in a restricted area more than the prescribed quantity of a type of liquor for the area— at the times and on the day or days, and for the purpose, stated in the permit; or during the period of not more than 1 year, and for the purpose, stated in the permit. The permit is subject to this Act and the conditions prescribed under a regulation or imposed by the commissioner. s 103U ins 2008 No. 48 s 13 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) (sec.103U-ssec.1) A restricted area permit authorises the permittee to have in possession in a restricted area more than the prescribed quantity of a type of liquor for the area— at the times and on the day or days, and for the purpose, stated in the permit; or during the period of not more than 1 year, and for the purpose, stated in the permit.
