### sec.103Q Approved area to conform with requirements Before the commissioner approves an area as an approved area, the commissioner must be satisfied the area conforms, or will conform, with this Act and the following requirements while adult entertainment is being provided in the area— the area must be fully enclosed in a way that prevents a person outside the area from seeing inside the area; the area must not contain, for the private use of persons attending the entertainment, a lounge, booth, compartment or cubicle (other than a toilet cubicle); another requirement prescribed under a regulation. s 103Q ins 2008 No. 48 s 13 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) - (a) the area must be fully enclosed in a way that prevents a person outside the area from seeing inside the area; - (b) the area must not contain, for the private use of persons attending the entertainment, a lounge, booth, compartment or cubicle (other than a toilet cubicle); - (c) another requirement prescribed under a regulation.
