### sec.103N Adult entertainment code
There is to be an adult entertainment code (the code ).
The code prescribes the live entertainment that may be performed for an audience, by a person performing an act of an explicit sexual nature ( adult entertainment ), on licensed premises or premises to which a community liquor permit or restricted liquor permit relates under an adult entertainment permit.
Adult entertainment does not include the performance of the following acts—
sexual intercourse;
masturbation;
oral sex.
The code is to be made by the commissioner.
The code is not effective until it is approved by the Governor in Council under a regulation.
The commissioner must ensure that a copy of the code approved under subsection (5) is made available for inspection without charge, or for purchase during normal business hours at the office of the department in which this Act is administered.
