### sec.103JA Authority of restricted liquor permit A restricted liquor permit authorises the permittee to sell and supply liquor on the premises to which the permit relates to the following persons, for consumption on the premises— a member of the relevant club; a guest of a member of the relevant club in the member’s company; a member of a reciprocal club; a guest of a member of a reciprocal club in the member’s company; for a relevant club that is an RSL or Services Club— an RSL honorary member, or a guest of an RSL honorary member in the member’s company; or a defence member, or a guest of a defence member in the member’s company. The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions stated in the permit.
