### sec.103J Maximum number of permits that may be granted
The maximum number of extended hours permits that may be granted for particular licensed premises is—
on an application under section 103I (a) (i) —6 permits in a calendar year; or
otherwise—4 permits in any 1-year period.
A reference in subsection (1) (a) or (b) to a number of permits in a period is a reference to the number of permits authorising the sale of liquor on a day in the period (not the number of permits granted in the period).
This section applies subject to section 103JAA .

(sec.103J-ssec.1) The maximum number of extended hours permits that may be granted for particular licensed premises is— on an application under section 103I (a) (i) —6 permits in a calendar year; or otherwise—4 permits in any 1-year period.
