### sec.3 Purposes of Act The purposes of this Act include ensuring that— Queensland legislation is of the highest standard; and an effective and efficient legislative drafting service is provided for Queensland legislation; and Queensland legislation, and information relating to Queensland legislation, is readily available. The purposes are primarily to be achieved by establishing the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel with the functions set out in section 7 . s 3 amd 2013 No.39 39 s 66 (sec.3-ssec.1) The purposes of this Act include ensuring that— Queensland legislation is of the highest standard; and an effective and efficient legislative drafting service is provided for Queensland legislation; and Queensland legislation, and information relating to Queensland legislation, is readily available.
