### sec.10 Private members’ Bills etc.
A member may request the parliamentary counsel to draft a Bill, an amendment of a Bill or an instrument to be used in the Legislative Assembly (whether or not in relation to a Bill or amendment).
The parliamentary counsel must comply with the request unless the parliamentary counsel considers that it would not be possible to comply with the request without significantly and adversely affecting the Government’s legislative program.

(sec.10-ssec.1) A member may request the parliamentary counsel to draft a Bill, an amendment of a Bill or an instrument to be used in the Legislative Assembly (whether or not in relation to a Bill or amendment).
(sec.10-ssec.2) The parliamentary counsel must comply with the request unless the parliamentary counsel considers that it would not be possible to comply with the request without significantly and adversely affecting the Government’s legislative program.
