#### 50A Community legal services account 50A Community legal services account > > (1) The Trustees are to establish a separate account (the community legal services account) in the Public Purpose Fund for money paid to the Fund— > > > > > (a) from the assets of the Solicitors Mutual Indemnity Fund under clause 12 of Schedule 9, and > > > > > (b) under clause 18 of Schedule 9. > > > (2) Payments are not to be made from the capital of the community legal services account other than for the purposes of the investment of amounts in accordance with section 50. > > > (3) The income from investment of the community legal services account is to be allocated to that account. > > **s 50A:** Ins 2018 No 87, Sch 3.1 \[4\].
