### sec.90 Effect of noncompliance with part
Noncompliance with this part by a respondent to a proceeding does not invalidate the proceeding, unless the committee directs otherwise.
If this part has not been complied with by a respondent to a proceeding, the committee may—
waive the noncompliance; or
by order, set aside part or all of the proceeding; or
make any other appropriate order.
If the committee makes an order under section 651 of the Act in relation to noncompliance with this part by the commissioner, the committee may also make any other appropriate order.
If the commissioner has not complied with this part and the committee is not satisfied it should make an order under section 651 of the Act in relation to the noncompliance, the committee may—
by order, set aside part or all of the proceeding; or
make any other appropriate order.
