### sec.88 Affidavits
A party to a proceeding for a discipline application must—
file with the secretariat of the committee each affidavit the party intends to rely on at the hearing of the discipline application; and
serve a copy of the affidavit on each of the other parties to the proceeding.
A party must comply with subsection (1) as soon as practicable, but no later than 5 days, before the hearing day.
Subsection (4) applies if a party requires someone who has sworn an affidavit for another party to attend the hearing to give evidence or for cross-examination.
The party must, at least 3 days before the hearing day, file with the secretariat of the committee, and serve on each of the other parties, a list of the persons the party requires to attend the hearing to give evidence or for cross-examination.
