### sec.7 Prescribed legal practice— Act , s 24
For section 24 (2) (e) of the Act , the following kinds of legal practice are prescribed—
the provision of legal services to the community, or a section of the community, by a community legal service;
the provision of legal services to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people by a publicly funded, non-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to provide legal services to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people;
the provision of legal services, by a publicly funded, non-profit corporation (the representing corporation ) whose primary purpose is to represent a corporation mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) (the represented corporation ), to a client of the represented corporation, under an agreement between the representing corporation and the represented corporation.
