### sec.36 Period for keeping direction for non-deposit of trust money in general trust account— Act , s 248
For section 248 (3) of the Act , the prescribed period is the period—
beginning when the law practice receives the written direction; and
ending 7 years after finalisation of the matter to which the direction relates.
- (a) beginning when the law practice receives the written direction; and
- (b) ending 7 years after finalisation of the matter to which the direction relates.
